Cancellations must be made in writing to Catherine’s email more than four weeks prior to the course date to guarantee a refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refund if your workshop is going ahead on the date originally planned and you cancel after the four week deadline. Friends and family can attend in your place (twenty-four hours notice must be given in writing/emailed to Catherine and include the name and contact number.) Non-attendees will be charged in full. If Catherine has to cancel a workshop at any time, you will be offered the choice of an alternative workshop, a voucher for the same amount or a full refund. Workshops bought as gifts are subject to the same cancellation terms. Catherine Beale cannot be held responsible for accident, loss or damage incurred as a result of or during any workshop.
