Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return you must have purchased your item within the last 14 days and your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We will email once your item is received. If the item is still in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt/proof of purchase, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the email.

Commissioned paintings: Commissions bare a fifty per cent non-refundable deposit which is payable before commencement of the painting.
Online videos: Once a link to an online video has been sent it cannot be returned and refunded.
In person workshops: Cancellation policy is stated on the workshop booking form at point of booking.
Orders of live online workshops can be cancelled up to forty-eight hours before they are scheduled to take place.
