Bath Watercolour Workshops Covid-19 Measures

The following information applies to all Bath Watercolour Workshops (BWW) classes until further notice.
Reducing the chance of Covid 19 being present: We encourage all participants to be fully vaccinated before attending a BWW. Anyone who is symptomatic, has tested positive or is awaiting a test result or has been asked to self isolate must not attend.
Social distancing: BWW will be maintaining social distancing at workshops to help keep participants safe. Keeping student numbers to ten per class at Widcombe Social Club (WSC) and eight per class at Museum of Bath Stone (MBS). Participants are each allocated their own large work table to help spacing.
Face masks: The wearing of face masks is now voluntary.
Sharing equipment: Catherine will avoid sharing her equipment for the time being, with the exception of watercolour artboard which will be individually placed on participants’ tables near the start of each workshop. A materials list will be included in workshop Joining Instructions in advance of the class for participants to bring for their own use.
Catering: To avoid unnecessary congregating, participants are asked to take it in turns to serve themselves coffee/tea and food from the lunch buffet.
Ventilation: Doors and windows will be kept open if possible and practical.
Cleanliness: Visitors are reminded to wash / sanitise their hands frequently, particularly on arrival and after using sinks or bathroom facilities.
Contact details: Participants’ contact details will continue to be recorded for all classes and workshops. Participants must email Catherine with new contact details (email and phone number) if they change between the date of booking and attending a workshop.
Communication: This policy is displayed on wwwcatherinebeale.com
A link to the policy is provided with all workshop joining instructions.
