29 – 30 January New year Watercolour Retreat for Beginners – Confident colour mixing

Make a brave start with watercolours and discover the joy of mixing colour directly on your painting. Explore dramatic as well as harmonious colour combinations. Enjoy the positive feedback from using rich tubed paint (provided) whilst creating beautiful landscape scenes and take away lots of ideas to feed back into your art. Spend two tutored days in a small group with tuition, demos and experimentation. All welcome.
Timings: Starts 2pm Friday until 8pm including pub supper at 7. Continues Saturday 10-4 including pub lunch.
Includes: All materials, Friday pub supper and Saturday lunch, teas/coffees, demos, art handouts and an element of one-to-one tuition (maximum eight painters).
Venue: Private workroom upstairs at Packhorse Bath (Trip Advisor 2022 Travellers’ Choice) a Jacobean community-owned pub BA2 7DU.
