Spend the luxury of two days tuition in a small group looking in depth at how to combine colourful washes with ink detail in both sketches and larger paintings. This is an opportunity to kick start a holiday sketchbook with minimum paraphernalia before developing a larger line and wash masterpiece. Catherine’s demos will show you how to inject lively line into your work as you spend Friday sketching and planning your longer painting. On Saturday you will develop your masterpiece adding rich washes over strong ink patterns to draw the eye and provide beautiful colour to delight the viewer. All welcome.

Timings: Starts 2pm Friday until 8pm including pub supper at 7. Continues Saturday 10-4 including pub lunch. Maximum eight painters.
Includes: Two pub meals, teas/coffees, watercolour artboard, demos and one-to-one tuition. Materials list sent in advance.
