Sparkling light on the sea

Limited edition signed giclee print W41 x H29 cms approx. (35 x 23 cms printed area.) This print was made from Catherine’s original watercolour seascape of a Cornish beach scene near St Ives. Strong light glints on the surface of a becalmed sea. Sparkling ripples glitter and reflect back the summer sky. The painting was created using Catherine’s artistic license and gravity painting techniques which merge powerful modern pigments into a cascade to create flowing vistas with a semi-abstract quality.
