It’s great to work from life. Recently I have enjoyed doing just that – taking the seed of an idea, building it up and testing it in real time with the pressure of a model seated in front of my easel.
From the sessions’ drawings has come a sensitive double watercolour portrait entitled “Somewhere in between”.
