I am a portrait painter and watercolourist, painting to commission and exhibition. I am passionate about watercolour techniques which I explain in my own adult painting workshops, in articles eg. The Artist and in schools. I am a Member of the Society of Women Artists.
I have had four paintings accepted to hang in the Society of Women Artists 2019 Exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London SW1. Two portraits and two landscapes. The Exhibition is open 25-29 September 2019 10-5 (10-1 on Sunday 29th) I am delighted to have also been admitted as a Full Member of the Society this year. I shall be demonstrating my loose watercolour techniques 11-1 on Sunday 29th September -the closing day of the exhibition.
Due to popular demand a second Line and Wash One Day Workshop has been scheduled on Friday 1 November 2019 at the Museum of Bath Stone. (There is just one place left on Friday 25 October.) This is a chance to enjoy the attractively illustrative medium which combines sleek black line with the cascading features of my gravity painted wet-in-wet watercolour techniques CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO OR BOOK HERE.

In the event of rain we will move to the Stables and work from photos.
