Saturday 31 August: Plein air trip painting Bath’s canal

Capture pretty hump-backed bridges, colourful canal barges, moorings and locks in line and wash with Catherine as your tutor and guide. We will spend a full day outdoors sketching beside the Kennet and Avon, beginning at 10am in Widcombe and ending at 4pm in Sydney Gardens. The canal tow path is slightly uneven in places and there are steps.
Includes welcome coffee/tea, map, tutorials/demos and one-to-one painting review.
Bring own materials – list supplied in advance.
In the event of heavy rain the trip will be rescheduled to the following day Sunday 1 September. Should weather be against us that day as well the event will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund (minus payment processing fees.)
